Packaging and Delivery |
Beautiful gifts are even lovelier to receive when they are beautifully gift-wrapped. All of our gifts are delivered wrapped and beautifully presented accompanied by a Welcome Home Baby gift card. All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours, same day delivery is available, dependant on the time of your order and the destination, this is at an additional cost. If you have chosen a personalised gift, such as a painted canvas, your gift will be sent within 7 days.
All gifts are indvidually wrapped in tissue, sealed with a sticker and placed in our signature Welcome Home Baby gift box.
We use Fastway and Australian Air Express Couriers to ensure that your gift box is delivered on time and safely. Delivery within Australia is only $15 for giftboxes to most destinations. Larger items may incur an additional fee. Please see schedule below for delivery details.

Shorthaul delivery - within 1-2 working days (Mon - Fri)
Shorthaul destinations include Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Wollongong, Central Coast, Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains, Bathurst and Orange.
Capital Cities (Adelaide, Melbourne, Geelong and Bendigo, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast)
- within 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri)
Other Areas - 4+ working days, depending on destination

When delivering gourmet pantry hampers, fruit and vegetable hampers or Baby cakes, there must be a recipient home to collect the goods to ensure correct food hygiene. Gourmet Pantry Hampers are delivered within the Sydney Metropolitan Area. If you require out of area delivery please e-mail us at mum@welcomehomebaby.com.au.
Gift Boxes
The gifts from our on-line store have been chosen for you to create a gorgeous gift box for a friend or family member. We have offered all of our items individually so that you can create the right box to match the recipient. Alternatively, if you would like a gift box created, please call or contact us and we will only be too happy to put our favourite combinations together for you.
The presentation of our gifts is very important to us. It is this presentation that makes the first impression and was also part of the inspiration for Welcome Home Baby, beautifully presented gifts for beautiful new babies and their families.
All of our gifts are individually wrapped in tissue and sealed with Welcome Home Baby seals, this applies whether there are 10 items in your gift box or just one special gift. All items are then placed in a white gloss box and wrapped in your choice of high quality tissue paper before topped with the lid. The box can be re-used as a special keepsake box for the lucky recipient. The lid is dressed with our unique ribbon and logo card.
All gift boxes are accompanied by a Welcome Home Baby gift card with your personal message.
