Payment Options
We accept Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club credit cards. Payment can also be made by direct bank transfer, see details below or by cheque or money order. Gifts will not be dispatched until full payment has been processed.

Delivery
Your gift selection can be delivered to any corner of the world. For further details on delivery within Australia, please see the Packaging and Delivery page. Please contact us with your selection for an estimate on delivery costs to your requested destination if outside of Australia. Delivery within Australia via courier is only $15 to most destinations, maximum charge is $25.
Pricing
All prices for goods and services from the Welcome Home Baby on-line store are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax. Should you wish to convert these prices in to another currency please visit www.ozforex.com
Responsible service of alcohol
Please ensure that gifts of alcoholic beverages are for the consumption of persons over the age of 18 only.
Bottles of Champagne, Sparkling wine and wine can not be ordered on their own, they must be part of a gift package.
Gift vouchers
When you purchase any of our gift vouchers you are bound by the terms and conditions of the associated company. All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the time of purchase and are not transferable to another product from the Welcome Home Baby range.
Returns and exchanges
All of our gifts are dispatched in perfect condition and in complete working order. If however, you find fault with a good please contact us immediately so that we can replace the gift. All faulty gifts will be replaced within 7 days. We cannot exchange or refund personalised items and gifts that are not to the taste or liking of the recipient.

Personalised gifts
All personalised gifts take time to make, as they are unique for your gift recipient. Please allow 3-5 days for fulfilment of personalised orders, please contact us if you require an express service. Additional costs may be charged for express orders and fulfilment cannot always be guaranteed within a shorter time frame.
Yard announcements
Our welcome home yard announcements can be express ordered to announce "It's a boy" or "It's a girl" or personalised with your specific greeting. Express orders can be delivered within 24 hours, personalised orders may take between 3-5 days. Please ensure all details to be included on the name keepsake are listed correctly.
Once the sign has been secured at a property the responsibility for the safe keeping of the sign is that of the owner. All signs must be collected in the same condition that they are delivered. The owner of the property will be responsible for any damage or loss of the sign. If the sign is stolen the owner will be responsible for the replacement value of $350.00
Welcome Home yard signs are available for the Sydney Metropolitan area only. All rented yard signs remain the property of Welcome Home Baby unless the sign is purchased. |
